Catalunya Convention Bureau

We are a programme of the Catalan Tourism Agency that works with the aim of positioning Catalonia in the national and international market of meetings, congresses, conventions and incentive trips tourism. In this sense we support, assess and provide useful tools for all the professionals who work in this sector, with the goal that they have all the information and recourses possible.

Our goals are the following

Convert Catalonia into a reference in the sector.
Boost the development of the meetings tourism industry and the use of the existing infrastructures in our country.
Promote, publicise and support the commercialisation of Catalonia as a centre of congresses, conventions, incentive trips and other business events.
Generate synergies of promotion with other tourism promotional bodies in our country, the local convention bureaux and companies from the sector.
Bring together the whole business fabric that exists around the tourism of congresses, boosting private-public collaboration.
