Space aimed to tourism professionals sector to provide interest and update information (protocols, communications, frequently asked questions …). The Catalan Tourist Board and the General Directorate of Tourism are carrying out an exhaustive follow-up of all the information related to COVID-19 that affects the catalan tourism sector. Both institutions are establishing different lines of work:

  • Activation of pertinent phases of action protocol, according to the evolution of the different situations. Every 48 hours the management team updates the information to make decisions.
  • Updating information on the current situation in Catalonia, at the sector level and in compliance with the recommendations of the Department of Health.
  • Contribution to the data sector and value analysis that allow it to understand the situation in order to make the best decisions.

The Catalan Tourist Board is reorganizing its activity to adjust it to the current situation and planning the exit phase of this situation that will be activated once the effects of this virus subside.
